Active Release Techniques

Active Release Technique is a patented chiropractic movement based massage technique that can be used as part of manual therapy or a physiotherapy program to treat soft tissue conditions throughout the body.

Active release technique commonly used to treat conditions caused by adhesions or scar tissue development.
