This exclusive workshop will focus on postures that support, tone, and strengthen the pregnant woman’s body. Emphasis will be placed on pelvic floor toning and breathing techniques to facilitate the labor and birth experience. You will learn to bring focus and awareness to both your mind and body. With guided relaxation and meditation, you will learn to focus your energy, release tension, relax muscles and prepare the mind and body for labor.
